Overall bright hotel, amazing meals.

Reasonably spacious good value hotel with a magnificent and amazing location short walk to many exceptionally good restaurants, and Cascade/Opera House and Republic Square. Neat, warm rooms and nice bathrooms. Exceptionally comfortable bed, early check-in.

I had a wonderful time at Royal Plaza in Yerevan. The central location made exploring the city effortless. While the bathroom fixtures needed some maintenance, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff more than compensated for it. I couldn't have asked for a better stay overall.

The Beautiful Double Room was spacious and super comfy. The bed was really nice, and the pillows gave great support for a good night's sleep. Everything seemed clean, which I appreciated. No issues with the bathroom either. Just what I needed after a long day exploring!

My beautiful double room was super clean, and the receptionists were so friendly and spoke excellent english. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Robert really impressed me by quickly fixing a minor ac issue. Truly enjoyable!

We loved exploring the local cafes and checking out the nearby museum. Just a heads-up, parking can be tricky. Staff were super friendly and the room was clean. Definitely recommend this spot if you want a good base to explore the area!

One downside was that the shower drain didn't work well, and it flooded the bathroom every time. It was a bit annoying, but manageable.
