Good location near attractions.

My stay was quite disappointing. I was given a room with two small beds instead of the king-size bed I booked, leading to confusion at check-in. Additionally, the room's furnishings were outdated, with peeling paint on the walls that made the atmosphere feel neglected and uninviting.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and modern decor in my room. It felt like being wrapped in a warm blanket while sipping tea with a delightful view outside, perfect for my relaxation needs as a senior.

I had a wonderful time at Royal Plaza in Yerevan. The central location made exploring the city effortless. While the bathroom fixtures needed some maintenance, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff more than compensated for it. I couldn't have asked for a better stay overall.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and super comfy. The bed was really nice, and the pillows gave great support for a good night’s sleep. Everything seemed clean, which I appreciated. No issues with the bathroom either. Just what I needed after a long day exploring!

i had a fantastic stay at royal plaza by stellar hotels! my deluxe double room was spotless, and the receptionists were so friendly and spoke excellent english. the location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. robert really impressed me by quickly fixing a minor ac issue. truly enjoyable!

The internet barely functioned, which made work impossible!!! Also, the air conditioning was more of a showpiece than a cooling system, making the room uncomfortably warm at times. A decent renovation would go a long way!!!

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved exploring the local cafes and checking out the nearby museum. Just a heads-up, parking can be tricky. Staff were super friendly and the room was clean. Definitely recommend this spot if you want a good base to explore the area!

One downside was that the shower drain didn't work well, and it flooded the bathroom every time. It was a bit annoying, but manageable.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and comfortable bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with plug adaptors, which I really appreciated. I recommend it for a city trip!

The hotel features spacious rooms with excellent amenities which made our three-night stay enjoyable. The airport shuttle service was a huge plus and worked seamlessly, making our arrival and departure stress-free.

However, the overall atmosphere could benefit from a bit more warmth.
